Purchase Options (Subscription) Cancellation Policy

Wild Cat Energy ("we", "us", "our") offers subscription purchase options for certain products. By selecting a subscription at checkout, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at the time of purchase. Your payment method will be automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription.

You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account where available, or by contacting us at hello@wildcatenergy.com.au.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.

If a subscription renewal is processed before cancellation, the order will proceed and cannot be cancelled or refunded once fulfilled.

We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles. You will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before any updated pricing takes effect.

It is your responsibility to ensure your account details, including payment information, are accurate and up to date.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend subscriptions at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
