At Wild Cat Energy ("we", "us", "our"), we aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations in relation to returns and refunds.

Due to the nature of our products, including consumable goods, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. This may include a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the circumstances.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and supporting evidence such as photos.

We may request that the product be returned before issuing a replacement or refund. Where required, we will provide instructions for return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages where delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the product purchased.
