Wild Cat Energy ("we", "us", "our") ships all orders from Sydney, Australia.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence once your order has been dispatched. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Sydney Metro: 1–3 business days
NSW / Major cities: 2–5 business days
Regional areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier performance, and external factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other third-party services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or as part of promotional campaigns, subject to change at any time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is your responsibility to monitor delivery using the tracking details provided.

Title to and risk in the goods pass to you upon delivery to the nominated address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages where delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

You are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. We are not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@wildcatenergy.com.au with your order number and supporting evidence such as photos. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where required in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy and applicable law.

For international orders (if applicable), you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.
